I popped into Mb Shop for an ear hair trim and a beard shape up, and overall, it was a pretty good experience. My barber did a nice job with both services, and I appreciated the attention to detail. However, when I went to use my coupon, there was a bit of confusion at checkout about whether it applied to both services or just one, which took an extra few minutes to sort out. Got a buzz cut in Frisco. Appointment was on time. Barber was fast and efficient. Haircut was clean. In and out quickly. No complaints.

Oh my goodness, I just had the best signature haircut at the Frisco location! My hair looks absolutely incredible, exactly what I wanted and more. The barber was super friendly and really listened to what I was looking for. The whole place had such a great vibe, very welcoming. I also tried a scalp massage for the first time and it was so relaxing! I am definitely, without a doubt, coming back for all my future grooming needs. I've already told my brother he needs to check them out. Such a great find!
